Preventative Maintenance Programmes

Six-monthly maintenance programmes tailored to your site, covering fuel facilities, lubrication systems and wastewater management.

On-Site Defect Repairs

Where possible, defects are addressed during the scheduled visit to reduce additional call-outs.

Detailed Reporting

Comprehensive reports provided after each visit, outlining completed checks and identifying any required maintenance.

Compliance, handled

From 4-yearly electrical inspections to Site Compliance Certificates (SCC), we manage the statutory obligations that come with operating a fuel site, so you have the documentation you need, when you need it

Dispenser Meter Calibration (TMU)

Fuel dispenser meters must be calibrated annually. Carlyon can manage this as part of your preventative maintenance programme.

Our technicians are trade measure certified for calibrating fuel pumps, from retail dispensers to large commercial units. We operate a purpose-built trailer measure capable of certifying delivery rates up to 1200 litres per minute.

Certification is carried out in accordance with relevant Weights and Measures requirements for liquid measuring instruments, including fuel dispensing systems and tanker loading systems.
